“Always looking at where I can offer and provide support to others”

After Graduating in 2012 at the University of Winchester with a degree in Media Production, Kimberley found herself in a different industry at Barclays, in a Quality Assurance Role. This temporary role turned into just over 6 years in various roles focusing on quality, compliance, and governance.

In 2018, Kimberley decided to make the transition from a large corporate banking sector to become a PA for the Directors of a smaller more intimate Charity organisation, who provided housing for vulnerable adults. Having the balance of both the corporate world and smaller business, Kimberley understands the importance of having processes and controls in place and wants to be able to help those smaller businesses be successful by taking on those time-consuming tasks.

During her various roles, her passion has always been to be the “go to person” in a team. She naturally finds herself gravitating towards the additional admin tasks to provide support to those who need it the most and to make other’s roles less pressurised.

Kimberley has recently moved to Woking, Surrey where she supports a small Business in Chessington as an Office Manager/PA. Her aim is to be able to continue to build on her skills in her spare time to support local businesses as a Contemporary PA.

Skills:

  • High Attention to detail

  • Organised

  • Proactive approach to all tasks

  • Effective and confident communicator

In 2016, Kimberley began focusing on her fitness by joining a couch to 5k group. Since then she has participated in a 5k Charity race for Poole Festival of running, a 10k fun run for Bournemouth Marathon festival weekend and most recently in 2019 she participated in the ASICS London 10k where she raised approx. £200 for Queen Elizabeth’s Foundation for disabled people.

During her final year project at University where she produced a Documentary, Kimberley found a unique new hobby of Ghost Hunting where she would often investigate overnight in different locations across the UK with a local ghost hunting group.
