Training
All Licensees receive the CPA Handbook aka our bible which is step by step guidance of all the things you'll need to consider when launching as a VA as well as our training guidance pack. The key here is 'guidance'. You'll receive initial training either in person or virtually, which will be tailored learning to give you the most out of the sessions without brain overload.

Experience
'If you tell me, I will hear. If you show me, I will see. If you let me experience, I will learn'. Being someone who learns by doing, Gemma truly believes that the best training is to get stuck in which is why we offer ongoing support and development during your first year. After your initial training, you'll have the opportunity to work alongside Gemma or her Associates to gain 'real-life' insight to the role of a VA. You'll also be encouraged to contribute towards the CPA blog and social media so you get exposure to the digital aspects of being a Virtual Assistant, all helping to build your confidence.

1:2:1 Coaching
You'll be offered monthly 1:2:1 coaching over your first year with Gemma where we'll look to develop your skills and knowledge. Together, we'll create a plan for the year looking at specific areas each month. The sessions will also hold you to account, helping you to shift your focus to where it needs to be in order to achieve your best. But do not worry, Gemma and her team are always on stand-by if you need anything in your first year.

Toolkit
We'll show you all the best tools for the trade and which ones are best value for money (if any money at all!) as well as informing you of the legal bits you'll need for onboarding clients.

Your Business, Your Journey
Although we'll be here for every step, you are 100% in control of how your journey looks - this is your business. We'll show you how to find clients and help develop your elevator pitch so you feel comfortable going into a meeting with potential clients.
